Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Head of Product Management to lead a forward-deployed team. In this role, you will:
- Build and mentor a team of Product Managers embedded across strategic enterprise and government accounts
- Analyze deployment patterns to determine which custom solutions should evolve into scalable product features
- Serve as the primary product partner to sales and go-to-market leadership, ensuring roadmap alignment with market needs
- Provide strategic and technical oversight to unblock critical deployments in high-priority customer environments
- Champion field insights and customer feedback to internal engineering and product development teams
- Own the feedback loop that translates bespoke field implementations into repeatable product strategy
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking a product leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on technical depth:
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, including at least 4 years managing Product Management teams
- Background in forward-deployed product models or enterprise technical consulting and implementation
- Strong technical foundation: comfort with APIs, data pipelines, SQL, and understanding of how data quality impacts model performance
- Systems thinking and extreme ownership mindset
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, from engineering teams to C-suite executives
- Experience with Fortune 100 or government sector deployments preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to London
