Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager to join their team in Augsburg. In this role, you will:

• Support executive leadership in strategic development and prepare critical business decisions with structured analysis and recommendations
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunity assessments, translating findings into actionable strategies
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives end-to-end, from conception through implementation, leveraging automation and internal synergies
• Drive key growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Provide operational support to executive leadership, ensuring strategic ideas translate into clear action plans, assigned ownership, and measurable results

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with:

• A completed university degree and approximately 4 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, business operations, venture development, business development, or similar roles
• Proven track record in developing and executing corporate, growth, or go-to-market strategies with the ability to quickly structure complex topics
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and structured, independent working style
• Clear and effective communication abilities with high affinity for digital products and technologies
• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, SaaS company, or strategy/management consulting is a strong advantage
• Appreciation for in-person collaboration with regular presence at the Augsburg office and willingness to travel for select events and meetings
