About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking an AI Video Creator & Editor based in Germany. This fully remote role combines AI video generation with hands-on editing to produce high-performing direct-response advertising for Meta and TikTok platforms.

You will own the creative process end-to-end, interpreting briefs, generating AI footage, and editing polished, launch-ready ads. The focus is on UGC-style talking-head content, product scenes, b-roll, hooks, variations, and conversion-driven storytelling that drives measurable results.

Working closely with Creative Strategists and Paid Social teams, you'll turn performance insights into compelling new assets while maintaining high output quality and minimal revision cycles. This position offers the chance to develop cutting-edge AI generation and video editing skills within real campaign environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok advertising, including UGC-style talking-head clips, product scenes, b-roll, and complete concept videos using tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar platforms
• Develop and refine prompts, reference images, and generation settings while maintaining reusable libraries of effective workflows
• Edit high-volume direct-response ads by combining AI-generated footage with scripts, raw footage, UGC, and approved product assets
• Create compelling first-second hooks, rapid pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, product demonstrations, offers, and clear calls to action
• Produce multiple variations of successful concepts by testing different hooks, scenes, characters, openings, pacing, and visual treatments
• Maintain visual consistency across characters, products, and brand assets while quality-checking generated content for realistic motion, readable text, and accurate product representation
• Add motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent tools and ensure creatives meet platform and brand requirements
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to execute briefs accurately, respond quickly to feedback, and contribute new creative angles suited to AI generation
• Organize project files, assets, and feedback using collaboration and asset-management tools
• Stay current with evolving AI video models and creative technologies, testing new tools and incorporating effective workflows into production

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in creative or video production, including e-commerce or direct-response paid-social editing, with a portfolio demonstrating both self-edited conversion-focused ads and AI-generated video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Sora, Runway, or similar platforms, with strong prompting and iteration skills
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, together with After Effects or equivalent motion-graphics capabilities
• Comfort using Google Drive, Frame.io, or similar tools for organized asset management, collaboration, and feedback
• Understanding of hook-first, direct-response editing for Meta and TikTok, including rapid pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, visual proof, product demonstrations, offers, CTAs, and testable creative variations
• Strong visual eye with the ability to distinguish authentic-feeling AI-generated footage from artificial or unrealistic content
• Ability to maintain high output without sacrificing quality, respond quickly to feedback, and work accurately under pressure
• Creativity, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to production
• Strong written and spoken English with proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote creative team
• Availability for full-time, exclusive commitment following UK working hours
• Based in Germany

Bonus qualifications: Experience with AI image-generation tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, or Flux; AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs; winning or scaled advertising campaigns; visually driven DTC categories; motion design; compositing; 3D; VFX; or sound design.
