Retail Sales Coordinator (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing beauty and cosmetics organization that is expanding its retail presence across European markets. Our talent team is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a full-time, remote basis (with optional office access in Berlin).

This role is ideal for an organized professional with deep retail operations experience who thrives on building scalable processes in a high-growth environment. You'll serve as the operational backbone of the retail team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while contributing strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data including product information, pricing lists, promotional calendars, and listing documentation across retail systems
• Manage module, display, and terms tracking across markets and store locations with full audit trails
• Create retail performance reports, competitive analyses, and presentations using Google Sheets and Excel to support business decisions
• Analyze point-of-sale data and prepare actionable insights for various stakeholders
• Coordinate customer promotions, contests, and retail marketing initiatives from concept through execution
• Serve as primary contact for operational retailer inquiries and external partner coordination
• Prepare and document meetings, ensure follow-through on action items, and manage project tasks in ClickUp
• Conduct store checks to document retail presence and maintain internal photo databases
• Lead small projects independently while coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales support or retail operations, specifically within FMCG or cosmetics industries (required)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with strong numerical aptitude and understanding of retail KPIs
• Proactive mindset that challenges the status quo rather than simply executing tasks
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing relationships with internal teams, external partners, and retail customers
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and structured work approach
• Comfortable working with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Excel
• Process-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for building scalable systems in a startup environment
• Team player personality who finds fulfillment in reliable execution and building sustainable processes over rapid career advancement
• Fluency in both German and English
• Bonus: Experience with retail display merchandising, beauty retail environments, or drugstore/grocery channels
