Deployment Strategist (Munich Office)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise AI platform in their search for a Deployment Strategist based in Munich. Our client is a well-funded technology company experiencing rapid growth, serving both mid-market and enterprise organizations with cutting-edge AI solutions.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on driving adoption and ensuring success within existing accounts. You'll work directly with the leadership team to help customers build and scale AI capabilities within their organizations. This position offers significant growth potential as the German market expands.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and usage within existing customer accounts across German-speaking markets
• Work hands-on with customer teams to understand their workflows and build AI solutions that solve real business problems
• Identify internal champions within customer organizations and enable them to spread adoption across their teams
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on enablement programs for non-technical users
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for assigned accounts, ensuring customers feel supported and successful
• Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements back to product and engineering teams
• Build internal automation using the client's platform to streamline your own workflows

What We're Looking For

• Native-level German and fluent English required
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate immediately
• Deeply familiar with AI tools and agentic systems; you actively use and build with AI in your daily work
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with customers
• High agency and self-starter mentality—you identify what needs to be done and execute without needing direction
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take on both strategic and tactical work
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with ambitious goals
• Growth-oriented mindset with aspirations to take on increasing responsibility as the team scales
