Wir vertreten ein etabliertes Beratungsunternehmen, das hochkarätige Führungskräfte für den deutschen Mittelstand identifiziert. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Client-Team bei der Suche nach Geschäftsführern, CFOs und weiteren Executive-Level-Profilen.
Arbeitsumfang: 10–15 Stunden/Woche
Standort: Homeoffice
Beschäftigungsart: Werkstudententätigkeit
Aufgaben
- Active Sourcing von Fach- und Führungskräften bis C-Level über LinkedIn Recruiter und weitere Kanäle
- Recherche und Identifikation passender Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten für Executive-Search-Mandate
- Analyse von Unternehmen, Organigrammen und Zielmärkten
- Erstellung von Longlists sowie strukturierten Kandidatenübersichten
- Qualifizierung und erstes Screening potenzieller Kandidaten
- Gegebenenfalls Durchführung erster telefonischer Interviews zur fachlichen und persönlichen Vorauswahl
- Pflege von Talentpools sowie Dokumentation aller Suchaktivitäten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung People Advisory bei anspruchsvollen Suchmandaten
Was wir suchen
- Laufendes Studium (Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar)
- Interesse an Executive Search, Recruiting oder Unternehmensberatung
- Spaß an Recherche und analytischem Arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Austausch mit Menschen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erste Erfahrungen im Active Sourcing oder Recruiting von Vorteil
