Our client is a fast-growing organization building advanced automation solutions for industrial manufacturing. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive enterprise adoption across the German market, build executive relationships, and scale revenue from the ground up.

As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you'll own the full enterprise sales cycle—from targeting C-level stakeholders to closing complex, multi-month deals with mid-market and large-scale industrial organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute enterprise sales strategy across Germany to achieve ambitious revenue and market-penetration targets
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by articulating strategic, financial, and technical ROI of advanced robotics solutions
  • Identify and unlock new market verticals and geographic opportunities across the DACH region
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution engineering and product teams to align client requirements with technical capabilities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting in Salesforce with meticulous hygiene
  • Represent the organization at industry events, panel discussions, and executive roundtables
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Senior Account Executives to drive quota attainment and pipeline growth

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or comparable experience
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with demonstrated success enabling Senior Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Several years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Hardware/Robotics Sales, specifically closing complex, high-value B2B deals within the German industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Consistent record of exceeding enterprise sales quotas ($2M+ ARR responsibility) and managing multi-month deal cycles
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation, manufacturing workflows, or Robotics-as-a-Service models
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% within Germany for client meetings, trade shows, and onsite evaluations
  • Strong ownership mindset and pragmatic, solution-oriented working style suited to a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
