About This Opportunity

We are representing a respected football marketing agency based in Hamburg. Our client works with major sponsors, clubs, and federations across professional football, developing sponsorship activations, campaigns, and content for well-known brands in the sports industry.

This is a dual study position combining a Master's degree in Sports Business Management at IST with hands-on project management experience. You'll work 32 hours per week starting October 1, 2026 or April 1, 2027, gaining real responsibility from day one while completing your studies.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsorship activations from planning through execution to final reporting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts in day-to-day operations
• Coordinate creative development, project management, and production while monitoring budgets and deadlines
• Develop proposals and presentations, contributing to new business from research through project completion
• Attend meetings and production sessions on-site with partners
• Track football business developments and sponsorship trends, bringing insights into ongoing projects
• Leverage AI tools for research, documentation, and presentation preparation to improve workflows

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree
• Initial experience in project management, sponsorship, or sales
• Deep passion for football beyond casual interest—you understand what drives fans, clubs, and brands in this industry
• Structured and reliable work approach with clear communication skills and creative input on projects
• Proficiency with Keynote or PowerPoint, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (close); experience with ClickUp or sevDesk is a plus
• Current use of AI tools with eagerness to develop these skills further
• Ambition to take on early responsibility and emerge from your studies significantly more capable
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
