Consultant CRM (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consultancy in Bremen that specializes in CRM and digital transformation solutions for mid-market clients. As a CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing customer processes through innovative CRM implementations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing client requirements before initial meetings and developing tailored solution concepts
• Collaborating with clients to design strategies and configure modern CRM systems
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles
• Moderating workshops and conducting training sessions to ensure independent system usage
• Integrating CRM solutions seamlessly into existing IT landscapes
• Supporting sales demonstrations and effort estimations for future projects
• Providing ongoing support for system enhancements and optimizations after project completion
• Traveling regularly to client sites for workshops and project meetings

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience delivering CRM or ERP projects, either in consulting or in-house roles
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems with ability to quickly analyze requirements and develop innovative solutions
• Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong team collaboration skills
• Excellent communication abilities and service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work closely with clients and travel regularly for on-site engagements
• German language proficiency required for this Bremen-based role

Pay
