Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential insurance organization seeking a Customer Care & Claims Agent for their Netherlands market. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners in the Netherlands, managing inbound calls and emails with proper documentation and first-contact resolution
- Take ownership of new claims cases and proactively manage them through completion to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain service level agreements through independent and responsible workload management
- Ensure clear communication of decisions and processes to customers and partners
- Actively use and maintain CRM systems and contract management platforms
- Collaborate with the Operations team to continuously improve processes for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English (German is a plus but not required)
- Proven experience in customer service, customer care, or service center environments
- Strong customer focus, decisiveness, and assertiveness with excellent communication skills
- Friendly, open personality with strong verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred:
- Background in the insurance industry
- B2B environment experience
- Tech-savvy with natural use of AI tools for efficiency
- Interest in insurance products and operations
