About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality client in Passau seeking a Social Media Manager / Content Creator on a part-time basis. This role offers creative freedom to shape social media presence across multiple platforms while working with flexibility—remote, hybrid, or on-site options available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media channels across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and similar networks
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, and Posts that resonate with the target audience
• Develop original content ideas that align with brand voice and business objectives
• Interact authentically with the online community and respond to engagement
• Increase brand visibility and awareness through strategic content planning

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation
• Active personal presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms (preferred)
• Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas independently
• Reliable, self-motivated work style with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining brand consistency
• German language proficiency for content creation and community interaction
