(Senior) Sales Operations Manager (gn)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility solutions organization seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to play a central role in their sales function. In this position, you will develop scalable processes, shape the CRM and sales tool landscape, and leverage automation, AI, and data-driven reporting to drive efficiency and transparency across the sales organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and standardizing sales processes across the entire customer journey, developing them for sustainable scale
• Advancing the CRM and sales tool landscape, particularly HubSpot, while ensuring data quality and consistent system usage
• Identifying automation opportunities, implementing AI-supported solutions, and introducing new technologies to the sales organization in a structured manner
• Establishing KPI frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and regular quality reviews
• Analyzing conversion rates, sales cycles, deal sizes, and segment performance, translating findings into concrete improvements
• Supporting Sales Leadership and team leads with clear decision-making insights and coordinating closely with Marketing and Operations teams

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or process management
• Strong hands-on CRM expertise, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics
• A strong analytical mindset with confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and forecasting
• Proven ability to design structured processes and scalable ways of working
• The skill to explain complex topics clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• An ownership mentality with the ability to turn ideas into reliable implementations
• Excellent German language skills at C2 level and good English skills at minimum B2 level

This is a remote position based in Germany.
