Senior Digital Creative (gn) AI Focus

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the employee benefits sector, based in Germany. They are seeking a Senior Digital Creative with AI Focus to elevate their digital communication standards and pioneer AI-powered content production capabilities within their creative team.

This is a remote position based in Germany. You will develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, establish AI-driven video production workflows, and work hands-on to create high-quality digital assets. This role reports closely to the Head of Content & Creation and collaborates across marketing, digital channels, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and conceptual approaches for digital content and campaigns across multiple channels
• Translate concepts into concrete designs and create digital assets hands-on
• Provide clear conceptual foundations for smaller projects and support them from ideation through visual execution
• Establish and continuously develop AI-powered video production as a core team capability
• Contribute your expertise to evolving creative processes, standards, and workflows
• Take ownership of AI integration in creative production and assess practical use cases

What We're Looking For

• Strong creative and conceptual skills specifically for digital formats
• Proven experience using AI tools in creative production with the ability to evaluate practical applications
• Experience working across various digital channels and content formats
• Ability to execute ideas visually yourself; art direction background strongly preferred
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with pragmatic approach to moving projects forward
• Very good German language skills at C1 level or above (required)
• Interest in emerging technologies and their creative applications
