About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy in Ascheberg, Germany, that specializes in infrastructure planning and permitting. Our client works with major network providers on fiber-optic expansion projects across Germany, focusing on traffic planning and regulatory approvals for FTTH, FTTC, and FTTB installations.

They are seeking a Technical Draftsperson, Technician, Traffic Planner, Civil Engineer, or Architect (m/f/d) for a full-time or part-time position. This role offers the chance to contribute to critical telecommunications infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings and plans for traffic projects and fiber-optic route installations
• Support planning and implementation of construction projects including FTTH, FTTC, and FTTB deployments
• Coordinate with clients and partner companies to ensure smooth project execution
• Obtain permits and manage coordination with authorities for infrastructure projects
• Monitor and control construction execution while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Completed education or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• Experience in traffic planning and proficiency with CAD software
• Knowledge of fiber-optic route planning and home connections (FTTH, FTTC, FTTB) is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high reliability and sense of responsibility
• Strong German language skills, both written and spoken
