Information Security, Compliance & IKS Manager (m/w/d) – ISO 27001 – Teilzeit

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure organization seeking an Information Security, Compliance & IKS Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week) in Gudow.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Building, developing, and structuring the organization for an ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001, as well as preparing for ISO 9001 certification
• Analyzing, assessing, and implementing regulatory requirements, particularly from the NIS-2 directive
• Orienting toward and implementing measures according to BSI IT-Grundschutz where applicable
• Establishing, developing, and ensuring annual auditing of the Internal Control System (IKS) by external auditors according to PS 951 Type 2 / ISAE 3402
• Managing and structuring all compliance and security documentation in Confluence and Jira, including building traceable, audit-ready structures and workflows
• Collaborating continuously with all teams to systematically capture and maintain security- and compliance-relevant information
• Developing, standardizing, and optimizing processes in information security, compliance, and internal controls
• Preparing for, supporting, and accompanying internal and external audits, including risk analyses and tracking remediation measures

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience in information security, IT compliance, or ISMS management
• Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001 (implementation, operation, or audit)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS-2 directive, GDPR, IT security requirements)
• Experience building and maintaining structured documentation and processes
• Ideally, knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz and/or quality management according to ISO 9001
• Experience with internal audits or supporting certification processes is advantageous
• Technical understanding of cloud/IT architectures
• Proficiency with Confluence and Jira or comparable tools is beneficial
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly and implement them pragmatically
• Fluent German and good English skills
