Responsibilities

• Develop search strategies using recruiting tools and active sourcing techniques
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage pre-selection processes for client organizations
• Take responsibility for complete client projects alongside experienced colleagues
• Build and maintain professional networks to support ongoing search mandates
• Communicate with executives and founders regarding their hiring needs
