Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential health tech organization seeking a Market Research Manager for a remote position based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead research initiatives that directly inform product strategy and customer experience within the healthcare technology sector.

As the Market Research Manager, you will design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies, translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success stakeholders to ensure market demands and customer needs drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of market research studies using surveys, focus groups, and other methodologies to uncover customer needs and competitive activity
  • Champion customer-centric practices throughout the organization by promoting voice-of-customer insights and enhancing primary research capabilities
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources including interviews, surveys, and industry publications using Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, and AI-based analytical tools
  • Develop and refine research methodologies and best practices to enhance research quality and effectiveness
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings and actionable insights to internal teams and senior leadership
  • Oversee project timelines, manage research files, and coordinate with external research partners across multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity while managing confidential and regulated information appropriately
  • Stay current on emerging research technologies and methodologies to continuously innovate research practices
  • Manage complex market research studies including brand health and brand equity trackers

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in market research, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation within the healthcare industry
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and integrating disparate data sources
  • Expertise with conjoint analysis, Max Diff, price elasticity, concept testing, and similar research methodologies
  • Experience managing complex market research studies such as brand health and brand equity trackers
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and AI solutions
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts into easily understood language
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences
  • Highly motivated, results-driven professional who works effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments

Preferred experience:

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare sector including long-term and post-acute care, acute care, and/or payer audiences
  • Previous experience in a SaaS organization
  • Experience with new product development, brand, advertising, and customer segmentation research methodologies
