About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Technical Product Owner to join their Core team in Poland. Our client operates in the enterprise software space, focusing on AI-driven platforms that serve thousands of customers globally. This is an exciting opportunity to work on core product architecture, scalability, and AI technologies with a team recognized for innovation and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, external community, and internal stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize requirements using the company's information systems and backlog management tools
- Define and defend product concepts including grouping requirements, developing market introduction strategies, creating mockups, and collaborating on UX/UI design
- Conduct comprehensive market research including competitor analysis, integration solution assessment, and review of analyst reports from firms like Forrester and Gartner
- Lead SCRUM activities with development teams including Kick-offs, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to enhance team efficiency and establish monitoring metrics
- Provide consultations for internal staff, customers, and partners on system configurations and business requirements
- Implement product functionality using no-code platform tools
- Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on new release features
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and no-code platforms
- Deep understanding of data management and web technologies
- Developer or system analyst background (beneficial)
- Expertise in product concept development and market strategy
- Proven experience collaborating with technology partners to deliver joint products
- Strong background in application architecture and architectural decision-making
- Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Competence in analyzing the IT solutions market and understanding user needs
- Ability to work at both strategic and detailed requirement levels
- Strong comprehension of technologies for building highly available and high-performance web applications
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages
