Customer Success Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential HR technology organization serving global enterprises. Our talent team is seeking a Customer Success Associate based in the Philippines to support mission-critical background screening operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients while managing end-to-end service delivery in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for service delivery requirements and queries from candidates and customers
• Process background check cases end-to-end, including system data entry, candidate communication, and document collection
• Manage day-to-day customer interactions, responding to inquiries and providing timely support
• Monitor screening cases to ensure delivery within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Serve as first point of escalation for customer concerns at the case and check level
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding potential service delays and resolution timelines
• Track ongoing cases, follow up on pending items, and ensure completion within agreed turnaround times
• Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement
• Identify service risks and process improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a highly customer-focused environment
• Proven track record working to targets and adhering to service level agreements
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize high volumes of work
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills with ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software such as Salesforce
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Valid NBI clearance (must be available to avoid hiring delays)
