As an Agent on Wynd's Vacation Sales Travel Team, you're the bridge between customers and unforgettable travel experiences. In this full-time Orlando area role, you'll combine consultative selling with genuine enthusiasm for helping people plan meaningful getaways. You'll work with customers to understand their travel goals, recommend tailored vacation solutions, and complete bookings that turn wanderlust into reality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to learn their vacation preferences, timeframes, and budgets
• Recommend personalized vacation packages and travel experiences that match customer needs
• Complete vacation bookings, process reservations, and manage transaction details accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital platforms with professionalism
• Develop customer relationships that encourage repeat bookings and referrals
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and performance targets
• Partner with colleagues and travel providers to resolve complex customer situations

Requirements

• Excellent communication and listening skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality—or genuine interest in learning travel industry fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of travel products, vacation destinations, or travel planning (experience can be developed)
• Availability to work full-time from the Orlando area location
• Proficiency with computer systems, reservation software, and customer databases
