Role Overview
As part of our Vacation Package Sales Team, you'll be at the forefront of the travel industry, guiding customers through our diverse portfolio of vacation offerings. This full-time position is based in our Phoenix area location, where you'll work alongside a collaborative team of sales professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding service, driving revenue, and building loyalty.
Core Duties
- Engage prospective customers with genuine interest, identifying their travel preferences, budget parameters, and scheduling needs
- Present vacation packages with expertise and enthusiasm, highlighting destinations, amenities, and value propositions
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations, attentive follow-up, and proactive recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining consistently high customer satisfaction
- Process bookings accurately using our systems and guide clients through the reservation and payment process
- Stay current on vacation packages, destination highlights, seasonal promotions, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support collective success
