Recruitment Consultant – Prague, Czechia (Hybrid)

Wilsonhcg is seeking a Recruitment Consultant based in Prague, Czechia, working on a remote, full-time basis. In this role, you'll advance your recruitment career by connecting exceptional talent with the organisations seeking them.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant at Wilsonhcg, you'll work at the heart of the hiring process, managing client relationships and building talent pipelines across diverse industries. This remote-enabled position allows you to operate with autonomy whilst staying connected to our Prague team through collaboration on key placements and strategy. You'll take ownership of recruitment projects from initial brief through successful candidate placement, developing specialisation in particular sectors or skill areas as your expertise grows.

Core Duties

• Identify and source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach techniques
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability against client requirements and cultural fit
• Manage recruitment pipelines, maintaining accurate records and timely communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring cycle
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to advise clients on salary expectations and talent availability
• Meet recruitment targets and KPIs whilst ensuring quality placements and high candidate satisfaction
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and share knowledge with colleagues to strengthen team capabilities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients
• Excellent organisational abilities and proven success managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Competency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and relevant digital tools
• Self-directed and results-oriented mindset with motivation to meet and exceed recruitment targets
• Fluent in English; Czech language skills desirable
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment
