Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential observability platform provider seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to support their Pan-EMEA Global Systems Integrator partnerships. In this remote role, you will serve as a technical advisor to our client's partner ecosystem, driving successful technical initiatives and ensuring alignment between platform capabilities and partner service offerings.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading onboarding, training, enablement, and certification programs for partner technical teams
• Participating in joint business planning sessions to ensure technical alignment between the platform provider and partner organizations
• Supporting partner technical initiatives including customer demonstrations, proof-of-value projects, and enablement workshops
• Advocating for partners' technical needs, including use cases, feature requests, and support escalations
• Analyzing partner service offerings and recommending enhancements to maximize platform adoption
• Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new capabilities
• Developing and curating best practices for platform adoption and customer success

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 10-15 years of experience in customer or partner-facing technical roles, with a proven track record of continuous learning and technical excellence. You should possess:

• Solid technical foundation with hands-on IT Development and/or Operations experience
• Self-starter mentality with strong business acumen and ability to communicate value at all organizational levels
• Confident presentation and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:
  • Observability platforms (APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management)
  • Public cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
  • Development/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go
  • Configuration Management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab

Bonus qualifications:

• Previous experience in technical roles supporting Systems Integrators or Managed Services Providers
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools across APM, infrastructure, logs, synthetics, and network performance
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis background
