About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a QA Engineer (Gameplay Data) for a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines. This is a night shift role working with cutting-edge data collection and quality assurance systems.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain collection and QA software on personal hardware meeting operational specifications
- Execute structured test plans and perform exploratory QA before and during data collection runs
- Identify and reproduce bugs, gather crash logs and screenshots, and document clear step-by-step reproduction instructions
- Report findings concisely via Slack in written English, escalating critical issues to team leads as needed
- Ensure test hardware reflects target behaviors (1080p60 performance with RTX 3060-class GPU or equivalent)
- Maintain redundant internet connections (dual ISP) to guarantee session reliability
- Serve as first-line triage, filtering noise to deliver high-signal technical feedback to engineering teams
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Educational background in IT/Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Strong familiarity with Windows PC hardware setup, driver updates, GPU configuration, and fundamental networking
- Ability to read system logs and communicate technical details clearly in writing
- Fluency in written English for daily asynchronous and live collaboration
- Reliable full-time availability with flexibility to overlap working hours with client teams
- Personal computer capable of meeting performance targets (RTX 3060-class GPU / 1080p60 performance)
- Dual ISP or equivalent backup internet connection strongly preferred
Nice to Have:
- Prior game QA, software QA, or data-collection operations experience
- Familiarity with crash dumps, observability tools, or bug trackers
