Digital Analyst

QVC is seeking a Digital Analyst to join our team across 2 locations on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll drive insight and strategic impact by analyzing digital performance data and translating it into actionable recommendations for the business.

Role Overview

As a Digital Analyst at QVC, you'll play a key part in understanding our digital ecosystem and driving evidence-based decisions. You'll work with digital data across multiple channels and platforms, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Your analysis will directly inform marketing strategies, operational improvements, and customer experience enhancements across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze digital performance metrics and data from various platforms and touchpoints
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Investigate trends, anomalies, and patterns to uncover insights and opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support strategic initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Document analysis methodologies and ensure data quality and accuracy

Who We're Looking For

• Experience with analytics platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and e-commerce metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel or similar data manipulation tools
