RTV/NCO Equipment Operator (1st Shift)

Join QVC as an RTV/NCO Equipment Operator on the 1st shift team. We're hiring full-time equipment operators at 2 locations to support our warehouse and distribution operations.

About the Role

As an RTV/NCO Equipment Operator at QVC, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and fulfillment network. Operating specialized equipment, you'll support the movement, processing, and management of merchandise through our distribution centers. This is hands-on work with modern warehouse technology—an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to QVC's operational success and customer satisfaction. The 1st shift schedule provides daytime hours and stability in a full-time position.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned warehouse equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and immediately report any maintenance issues or malfunctions
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing
• Track and document equipment usage, material handling, and operational data as required
• Support the accurate and timely movement and processing of merchandise

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience or demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and competently
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to workplace safety standards
• Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality
• Ability to work full-time on the 1st shift schedule
• Physical capability to perform equipment operation and related warehouse duties
• Ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
