Responsibilities

• Utilize provided CRM system with automated lead distribution
• Maintain required life insurance licensing and continuing education
• Build and manage a pipeline of clients and renewal business
• Participate in training programs and agency meetings
• Optional: recruit and mentor additional agents to generate override income

Income includes direct commissions, renewal income, and optional agency override opportunities.
