About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their merchant-facing support team in Poland. Our client provides payment solutions to e-commerce businesses globally, and this role sits at the frontline of their merchant experience.
As Product Support Specialist, you will become a subject matter expert in payment processes and platform integrations, helping merchants resolve technical and operational issues efficiently. You'll work closely with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality support and contribute to scalable internal processes that improve the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support to merchant partners using various e-commerce platforms
- Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues using diverse troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to ensure timely resolution of merchant inquiries
- Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining service quality standards
- Contribute to the development and improvement of scalable support processes and workflows
- Communicate product updates, new features, and service enhancements to merchant partners
- Gather and share customer feedback to support product improvements and future development initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Technology, E-commerce, SaaS, or FinTech, preferably in a customer-facing support role
- Ability to manage high volumes of requests efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical systems, processes, and integrations
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion while adapting to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Exposure to web technologies, APIs, or basic web development concepts
- Experience working with logs, structured data, or technical troubleshooting tools
- Background in payments, fintech, or digital commerce environments
Seniority level will be adjusted based on experience.
