AI Product Manager – Agentic Platform (Global) (Remote, Any Location, ES)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global CX organization in their search for an AI Product Manager – Agentic Platform to work remotely from Spain. Our client is building an enterprise-scale internal platform that enables teams to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and automation workflows. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the product vision and roadmap for a cutting-edge platform built on LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and conversational AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle of an internal agentic platform—from discovery and vision through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization
• Define and evolve the product roadmap for agentic capabilities, automation workflows, and AI orchestration aligned with enterprise objectives
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, IT, analytics, and customer experience to identify and prioritize high-value automation use cases
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and platform features
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with overall platform strategy
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure efficient, predictable delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and architecture teams on scalable, secure platform design
• Guide technical decisions around LLM integration, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and conversational AI capabilities
• Track platform adoption, usage metrics, performance data, and user feedback to inform prioritization
• Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to both technical and business audiences at internal forums and company events

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 4–7 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner with strong exposure to AI-driven or platform products
• Proven track record managing technically complex products involving AI, LLMs, or automation systems
• Hands-on experience with automation workflows or agentic platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow, or similar orchestration frameworks)
• Production experience with conversational AI platforms, chatbots, or virtual agents
• Success working with cross-functional technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, agentic architectures, and AI-driven automation concepts
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, API-based integrations, and event-driven architectures
• Comfort working with technical teams on platform-level decisions and trade-offs
• Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and product management best practices
• Ability to create, maintain, and prioritize complex backlogs and write actionable user stories
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset focused on scalability and reuse
• Excellent conversational and written English (C1 minimum); French and Spanish are a bonus

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency with product and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Loom)
• Familiarity with automation and agentic platforms (n8n, Langflow, or equivalent)
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbot, or virtual agent platforms
• Active practical use of generative AI and LLM-based tools in daily product work
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field
