Associate Manager, ROI

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare solutions organization seeking an Associate Manager for their ROI operations team. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States, reporting to senior leadership and responsible for overseeing a team of remote specialists who manage client requests and maintain service level standards.

Our talent team is working exclusively with this client to identify an experienced operations leader who can drive performance, develop staff capabilities, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a remote team, ensuring consistent quality and productivity standards
• Assess employee performance, conduct coaching sessions, and implement corrective action when necessary
• Develop and oversee training programs to build team skills and capabilities
• Manage workflows and make resource adjustments to meet client-specific turnaround times and deadlines
• Conduct regular team meetings and coordinate one-on-one performance discussions
• Produce performance reports and procedural documentation for senior management
• Monitor quality of client interactions and responses through system-generated reporting
• Serve as escalation point for client issues, interfacing with multi-level contacts to resolve problems
• Partner with internal teams to recommend corrective actions and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record of progressive leadership experience in operations or customer service environments
• Experience managing metrics and performance data in a remote or distributed team setting
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and coach team members while maintaining high performance standards
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with phone-based operations or customer service teams
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop creative solutions to operational challenges
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Professional, self-motivated approach with proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
• Experience conducting training sessions, presentations, and leading team meetings preferred
