Professional Services Consultant, GRC

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential global technology organization in their search for a Professional Services Consultant focused on GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). This role is based in Mexico and offers the opportunity to work with enterprise clients on complex implementation projects.

Due to business and compliance requirements, this position is open only to candidates residing in Mexico. Applications from candidates located outside this region will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients implementing GRC software solutions
• Collaborate with risk and compliance executives at leading organizations
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs
• Deliver power user and end user training sessions on the product suite
• Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance on GRC topics
• Configure business intelligence reports and dashboards
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Execute project deliverables including requirements analysis, software configuration, conference room pilots, testing, and go-live support
• Assess client circumstances and provide recommendations with associated risks and alternatives
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Initial experience in project management
• Strong interest in governance, risk, and compliance combined with technology aptitude
• Experience or skills in business intelligence, analytics reporting, and SQL (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong networking skills with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, changing environments
• Experience working effectively with virtual, distributed project teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as required
