About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential eMobility technology company that has built one of Europe's largest electric vehicle charging networks. Our client operates across multiple continents, connecting over a million charging points and serving customers through web, mobile, and in-car platforms. They're expanding their B2C consumer app, B2B fleet solutions, and OEM partnerships at pace.
This is a senior leadership appointment reporting directly to the founder. You'll own product strategy across consumer, enterprise, and licensing verticals while working alongside engineering, commercial, operations, and marketing leaders to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Product function across consumer (B2C), business (B2B), and licensing streams in a global, multi-market environment
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable product vision and prioritise major feature investments based on customer impact and commercial outcomes
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to turn strategy into executable roadmaps that high-performing squads can deliver against
- Serve on the executive leadership team, collaborating with department heads and directors to shape company-wide strategy and execution
- Unblock delivery, set context, mitigate operational risk, and maintain momentum across product squads
- Design and evolve team structures, career pathways, and capability development as the organisation scales
- Maintain oversight of KPIs, initiative progress, and operational execution for senior stakeholders
- Build relationships with external partners including suppliers, vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure operators, and enterprise clients where required
- Continuously refine operating models, tooling, and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record leading and scaling high-performing product teams, with evidence of coaching talent and unblocking delivery at pace
- Executive-level leadership experience with full accountability for a product vertical and transparent collaboration with C-suite peers
- Outstanding communication skills that bridge strategic vision and technical detail across all organisational levels
- Experience in organisational design: building teams, defining ownership, and creating scalable structures
- Deep understanding of how Product and Engineering functions operate (candidates with strong technical and commercial leadership are welcome even without a pure product background)
- Passion for technology and a commitment to customer-first principles in everything you ship
- Ability to maintain oversight of cross-functional teams including Design, Client Delivery, and Integration
