- Lead customer-facing initiatives such as workshops, webinars, and advisory councils
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive programme adoption and effectiveness
- Report on programme ROI and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven track record leading customer success, account management, or related programmes in B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale programmes from conception through execution
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with diverse stakeholder groups
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and customer success software platforms
- Project management capability and capacity to juggle multiple workstreams concurrently
- Strategic thinking combined with practical execution and attention to detail
