The Opportunity

As Assistant Manager at our New Lenox store, you'll support store operations, develop team members, and ensure customers receive outstanding service on every order. Working alongside the store manager, you'll maintain Domino's quality standards, drive sales performance, and foster a positive work culture that inspires both staff and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor store team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee food preparation standards, quality control, and delivery operations
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store opening and closing procedures
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase customer engagement
• Track operational metrics and help the store team meet efficiency and profitability targets
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment that meets company and health code requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service roles, ideally in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proven team motivation skills
• Comfort with cash management, inventory tracking, and basic math
• Dependable work ethic and genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds regularly
