Creative Operations Intern

Remilia, a design and fashion agency based in Orange County with studios across California and Seoul, is hiring a full-time Creative Operations Intern to manage production workflows across fashion shoots, conceptual campaigns, activations, events, and digital projects.

Position Summary

As a Creative Operations Intern, you'll be the operational backbone of dynamic, cross-disciplinary creative projects. You'll oversee timelines, coordinate workflows among internal teams and external partners, manage logistics for physical production, organize digital asset workflows, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks as concepts move from planning to delivery. This is hands-on, fast-paced work that spans both physical and digital production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning for shoots, events, campaigns, and digital initiatives
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and budgets across physical and digital workstreams
• Coordinate timing and handoffs between internal staff and external partners—photographers, editors, developers, animators, vendors
• Manage logistics for physical shoots and events: equipment, materials, travel, call sheets, and on-site coordination
• Administer digital workflows: asset delivery, version control, file storage, and project documentation
• Build and maintain archives of creative assets and project records
• Participate on-site at productions, shoots, and events as required
• Identify and surface potential delays, conflicts, or obstacles early
• Research and coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and production resources

Who We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate, or someone with 0–2 years of production, operations, or project coordination experience
• Naturally organized; you manage multiple details simultaneously without reminders
• Strong communicator across departments, collaborators, and external vendors
• Proficient with spreadsheets and digital project management platforms such as Notion, Airtable, and Google Sheets
• Knowledgeable about creative workflows spanning physical production (shoots, events) and digital media (video, web, motion, 3D)
• Composed and adaptable when facing tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Self-directed problem-solver who takes initiative without constant guidance
• Genuine interest in fashion, visual art, or cultural production—you're curious about how creative work gets executed
• Plus: awareness of East Asian markets and cultural context; flexibility for extended hours during shoots, events, and time zone coordination
