GRILL COOK (FULL AND PART TIME)

Compass Group, North America is hiring immediately for Grill Cook positions (full-time and part-time) at our location in Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

Rotating weekend shifts are part of the role, and your specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grill equipment, preparing dishes according to established standards and recipes
• Manage cooking temperatures and timing to ensure consistent quality and safe food preparation
• Keep your station organized, clean, and efficiently stocked throughout each shift
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to meet service times and maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety
• Respond professionally to constructive feedback and actively contribute to a positive team culture

What You Bring

• Prior grill cook experience (preferred)
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Flexibility to work varying days and hours, including rotating weekends as required
• Attention to detail and genuine commitment to food quality
