Service Technician

Join Ford's service team in Williams Creek, Marion County, as a full-time Service Technician. We're building our technical staff and looking for certified, experienced technicians ready to maintain and repair Ford vehicles while delivering quality workmanship to our growing community.

What This Role Involves

As a Service Technician at our Ford dealership, you'll work on a variety of vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. Each day brings new diagnostic challenges—you'll identify mechanical and electrical issues, perform precision repairs, and ensure every vehicle meets Ford's quality standards before returning to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Execute repair and maintenance tasks according to work orders and customer service agreements
• Diagnose vehicle problems using manufacturer tools and technical expertise
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs
• Document all work completed and maintain accurate service records
• Communicate with service advisors regarding vehicle status and customer needs
• Uphold Ford service standards and quality benchmarks

Requirements

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
• Ford certification
• Proven experience as a service technician or in automotive repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and follow technical procedures
