Senior Commercial Lead

HNTB is hiring a Senior Commercial Lead for its Edgewood, Richland County office—a full-time position supporting our Program Management Team on complex Alternative Delivery Projects (DB, DBF, DBFM, DBFOM, CMGC).

The Opportunity

Serve as a vital commercial interface for multidisciplinary teams—planning, engineering, procurement, legal, project controls, and construction—collaborating on high-stakes infrastructure delivery. This role ensures seamless coordination, clear accountability, and rigorous document management throughout proposal development and project execution on delivery-method initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage document control and organization for Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and formal proposal submittals
• Process and coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and related project correspondence
• Facilitate information flow and communication accountability across the Program Management Team
• Support proposal strategy development, coordination, and submission management
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on commercial matters
• Maintain compliance and traceability in all commercial processes and deliverables

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in commercial management, program administration, or proposal coordination in construction or infrastructure
• Working knowledge of Alternative Delivery project delivery methods and procurement processes
• Strong capability in document control systems, file management, and organizational protocols
• Clear written and verbal communication across diverse professional teams
• Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with proposal management and project management software
