The Opportunity

This Supervisor role offers the chance to drive restaurant success by developing and mentoring our management staff. You'll work directly with General Managers and Department Managers across all operational areas, creating an environment where leaders grow and teams thrive. Your leadership will directly impact service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across the restaurant.

Your Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor General Managers and Department Managers to achieve their professional development goals
• Work with each manager to establish clear, measurable departmental objectives aligned with restaurant priorities
• Monitor manager performance and department progress regularly, identifying areas for improvement and success
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to strengthen departmental operations and staff engagement
• Collaborate with management team to solve operational challenges and implement best practices
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team excellence throughout the restaurant

Who We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing restaurant or retail managers
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide others
• Experience setting performance goals and tracking progress toward objectives
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food service standards, and customer service excellence
• Commitment to building and maintaining high-performing teams
• Availability to work full-time hours including potential evenings and weekends as needed
