About the Role

As a Field Service Specialist III, you'll be a trusted technician representing Copeland at customer sites across the region. You'll diagnose complex equipment issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure reliable operation of HVACR systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your work spans installation of new systems, troubleshooting of existing equipment, and customer training on proper use and maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment at customer locations
• Perform diagnostic testing and identify root causes of system malfunctions
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency
• Replace components, repair mechanical and electrical systems, and perform system calibration
• Document service calls, maintenance performed, and parts used in accurate field reports
• Communicate technical findings to customers in clear, non-technical terms
• Maintain safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements for refrigerant handling and electrical work
• Collaborate with dispatch, technical support, and management to resolve complex issues

What We're Looking For

• Proven technical expertise in HVACR system installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment-specific troubleshooting procedures
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical schematics
• Professional customer service skills and ability to work independently in the field
• Relevant certifications in refrigeration or HVAC work preferred
• Ability to lift equipment, work at heights, and perform physical tasks in varied environments
