Insight Global is hiring a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist for our Williams, Tulsa County location. This is a full-time opportunity to own end-to-end procurement operations that keep our business running efficiently.
About the Role
You will manage the complete procurement lifecycle for materials, equipment, and services required to support our operations and project delivery. This is an execution-focused position where you'll take ownership of purchase order management while collaborating across departments to align supply chain decisions with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Source suppliers and request competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and services
- Prepare and submit purchase orders while validating terms and specifications
- Track order status in real time and expedite deliveries to meet project timelines
- Build and maintain productive supplier relationships with emphasis on reliability and value
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules
- Monitor spending, compare costs, and identify opportunities to optimize procurement spend
- Maintain organized records of transactions, contracts, and vendor communications
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships
- Competency with purchase order systems and supply chain software platforms
- Excellent organizational ability with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented approach to order accuracy and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
- Ability to work effectively across functional departments
