As an Equipment Operator-Restocker, you'll work in a fast-paced printing production environment where attention to detail and mechanical reliability are essential. Lafayette Printing operates modern printing facilities across the US and Canada, and this position plays a direct role in keeping our Gainesville location running smoothly. You'll handle diverse printing equipment, monitor production quality, and ensure materials are stocked and ready for the next production run.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate printing and production equipment according to specifications and manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor equipment during operation and report mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Restock supplies, materials, and consumables in designated areas to maintain production continuity
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure consistent performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to established standards
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist team members and coordinate with supervisors to meet production schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation and maintenance
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety procedures
• Reliable transportation to our Gainesville, Prince William County facility
• Availability to work full-time hours and any required shift rotations
