Orders Construction is hiring a Safety & HR and Business Development Administrator for our Saint Albans, Kanawha County office. This full-time position bridges operations, compliance, and growth—ideal for an organized professional who thrives managing multiple critical functions simultaneously.

The Opportunity

You'll serve as a key operational asset, ensuring that our safety standards, human resources processes, and business development activities run seamlessly. This role combines compliance oversight, employee administration, and strategic support—offering meaningful responsibility and clear impact on company performance and workplace culture.

What You'll Do

• Oversee safety program administration, regulatory documentation, and OSHA compliance reporting
• Manage human resources functions including employee onboarding, records management, and scheduling
• Develop and maintain professional documents, policies, and operational procedures
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and staff communications
• Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, client coordination, and market documentation
• Establish and maintain organized databases and filing systems for quick information access
• Track training completion, safety audits, and policy adherence across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional ability to juggle competing priorities and manage time independently
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and database or record-management software
• Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy in documentation and data handling
• Background in OSHA standards, employment regulations, or compliance (preferred)
• Discretion and integrity when working with confidential personnel and company information
• Flexibility, problem-solving orientation, and collaborative approach to teamwork
• High school diploma or GED; prior administrative or HR experience valued
