What You'll Do

  • Oversee safety program administration, regulatory documentation, and OSHA compliance reporting
  • Manage human resources functions including employee onboarding, records management, and scheduling
  • Develop and maintain professional documents, policies, and operational procedures
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and staff communications
  • Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, client coordination, and market documentation
  • Establish and maintain organized databases and filing systems for quick information access
  • Track training completion, safety audits, and policy adherence across the organization

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional ability to juggle competing priorities and manage time independently
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and database or record-management software
