Bilingual Senior Recruiter

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Bilingual Senior Recruiter in Addicks, Houston to lead comprehensive recruiting initiatives for our fast-growing commercial electrical construction organization. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive talent acquisition across field, office, and leadership roles throughout our multi-state operations.

The Opportunity

As our Bilingual Senior Recruiter, you'll own end-to-end recruiting cycles, partnering directly with hiring managers, field leadership, and human resources teams to build a world-class workforce. Working in the dynamic commercial electrical construction industry, you'll identify, attract, and onboard talented professionals who share our commitment to excellence and safety. This role sits at the heart of Enterprise Electrical's growth strategy, giving you visibility across the organization and the chance to shape our company culture through strategic hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers and field operations teams to define talent needs and competency requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for field positions, office roles, and leadership opportunities
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple regions
• Conduct reference checks, coordinate assessments, and facilitate hiring manager interviews
• Leverage bilingual skills to reach underrepresented talent pools and support candidate communications
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, compliance, and candidate experience initiatives
• Track recruiting metrics, forecast hiring timelines, and report on key performance indicators

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, or industrial sectors
• Fluent bilingual capability (English and Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates across diverse job levels and roles
• Experience recruiting for field and trade positions, office staff, or management roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Knowledge of or interest in the electrical construction industry is a plus
