Liberty Federal Credit Union is hiring a Teller/Member Service Representative for our Northfield Office in the Mccutchanville area of Evansville, Indiana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional financial services to our members in a professional banking environment.

What This Role Involves

As a Teller and Member Service Representative at Liberty Federal Credit Union, you'll serve as the frontline of our member experience. You'll handle daily banking transactions with accuracy and care, process deposits and withdrawals, and deliver the personalized service that builds lasting member relationships. This role combines operational expertise with a genuine commitment to member satisfaction.

Core Duties

• Process member deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer member inquiries about accounts, services, and financial products
• Maintain member confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction records
• Assist members with new account openings and service requests
• Build positive relationships through professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional, courteous demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
• Commitment to maintaining member confidentiality and data security
• Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred
• Reliability, punctuality, and dedication to full-time employment
