Regional Finance Analyst

Position Summary

As a Regional Finance Analyst at CBRE, you'll work at the intersection of finance and operations, delivering critical financial analysis and forecasting support. Embedded within a high-performing regional team, you'll collaborate closely with the Financial Control group and Financial Business Partners to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform management decisions and support regional growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned business units and service lines
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support management inquiries and strategic planning
• Develop management reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators and financial metrics
• Support variance analysis and explain deviations between actual results and forecasted figures
• Collaborate with Financial Control teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards
• Partner with regional leadership and Financial Business Partners to understand business drivers and refine financial models

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in data work
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, or business analysis—or demonstrated strength in quantitative coursework
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems a plus
