Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models to identify patterns in financial and operational data
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and build predictive analytics capabilities to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning
  • Partner with finance, business operations, and product leaders to define analytical requirements, establish key metrics, and deliver actionable insights
  • Create clear data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytical systems to enable repeatable, reliable analysis
  • Research and evaluate emerging data science methods and tools to strengthen the team's analytical capabilities

What We're Looking For

  • Expert-level programming in Python, R, or similar languages for statistical analysis and modeling
  • Solid background in statistics, machine learning, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases for querying, transforming, and analyzing large-scale datasets
  • Proven experience working with financial data, business metrics, or related quantitative analytics
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, finance, or related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools
