Role Overview

As a Sales and Client Experience Lead at PNC, you'll combine strategic sales leadership with an unwavering focus on customer success. Leading a dedicated team in Wolf Trap, Halifax County, you'll be instrumental in building lasting client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that every interaction exemplifies PNC's commitment to excellence and client-centered service.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales and client experience professionals toward ambitious goals and professional growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue while maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty
• Build and nurture key client relationships, understanding their financial needs and recommending tailored solutions
• Design and implement initiatives to elevate the client experience across all channels and interactions
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting tactics to optimize results and team effectiveness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and achieve client objectives
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing, motivated workforce

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a sales or client service team
• Proven sales success in financial services or a related client-facing industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent relationship-building ability
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics or reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Ability to work full-time in Wolf Trap, Halifax County
