Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline
• Professional experience in energy systems planning, power systems, or equivalent technical planning roles
• Demonstrated success in technical leadership and project management
• Strong analytical capabilities and complex problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder audiences
• Experience with energy modeling tools and data analysis software
