Your Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial construction initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain transparent communication with leadership and clients
- Oversee safety protocols, compliance, and adherence to industry standards throughout all project phases
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience, with significant background in commercial construction
- Proven track record leading large, multi-million-dollar construction projects to successful completion
- Strong command of project management methodologies and proficiency with industry-standard PM software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, budget forecasting, and cost control
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Familiarity with energy infrastructure or related industries is a plus
