What This Role Involves

As Practice Leader for Land Development at Kimley-Horn, you will guide a talented team while fostering deep client partnerships and advancing our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Land Development team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth
  • Develop and execute business strategy to expand the practice and identify new market opportunities in the region
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Establish and maintain high standards of integrity and sound business practices across all operations

What We're Looking For
