Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual club calendar with structured projects and student-led initiatives
- Supervise maker activities, ensuring safe and inclusive participation for all students
- Mentor students in planning, execution, and reflection on hands-on projects
- Manage materials, equipment, and activity budgets
- Coordinate with school administration and staff to align programming with district goals
- Build peer leadership opportunities and encourage student ownership of club direction
Requirements
- Background in education, STEM, arts, design, engineering, or related discipline
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and lead student activities and club programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations
- Commitment to youth development, mentorship, and fostering student leadership
- Ability to adapt programming to various learning styles and skill levels
